Challenges of the project

ABBA Hoteles S.A. required a pickup management process, which demanded a significant commitment of hours to process the information generated by the PMS of the chain and then elaborate and distribute the pickup analysis to each one of the hotels of the chain.

Project description

Mediterranean Consulting has a general employee portal used by companies across various sectors. On this occasion, the decision was made to incorporate several functionalities, including internal communication management, document management, employee/group and department management, payroll integration, and integration with different existing services. Examples of these existing services include the incident manager and digital marketing or corporate purchasing, all consolidated into a single access point: the ABBA employee portal. The platform is available in Spanish, English, French, and German.

Results

With the implementation of the employee portal at ABBA Hoteles, all operations between the hotel chain and its employees have been centralized. Additionally, the general and group communication system facilitates the easy and quick transmission of necessary information to all employees, ensuring a high level of efficiency and effectiveness. Moreover, employees benefit from a single point of management for all HR-related matters.

Another aspect to highlight is that new requirements raised by the chain, after the complete implementation of the platform, have been successfully addressed. The highly versatile environment allows for seamless adaptation to the evolving needs of the companies.
