Halfway is the phone billing system specially designed for the hotel sector, which integrates natively with your PBX phone system, as well as with multiple PMS systems on the market. Halfway enables you to manage the rates of your entire hotel chain in a single application.

Hotel management

It allows multiple hotel management. Manage centrally all the billing system of your chain.

Billing management

Creation of multiple billing rates, which are applied to each hotel. Different rates can be applied to hotels of the same chain. Multi-currency functionality is also included for international rate management.

Call log

A complete record of all calls made, with the possibility of multiple selection filters.

User management

It has a user and role management module, which allows access to the billing system to users with different access levels: administrator, normal user, etc.

PMS integration

Integration with the hotel’s PMS to automatically transfer the telephone charge to the customer’s room. Currently, integrations have been made with PMS software such as TESIPRO or PRESTIGE, as well as with in-house PMS systems.
