B63942866 registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona under volume 37873, folio 1, sheet B316293 (hereinafter referred to as “MEDITERRANEAN CONSULTING”), is the owner of the portal www.mediterranean-consulting.com and makes it available to Internet users to provide information about the firm’s products and services, as well as to facilitate the provision of various services through the portal.

Users

The access and/or use of the portal www.mediterranean-consulting.com attributes the condition of USER, who, from such access and/or use, accepts the Conditions of Use reflected here. Consequently, the USER must carefully read the General Conditions each time they intend to use the portal.

Use of the portal

The MEDITERRANEAN CONSULTING portal provides access to information and promotion of services, programs, or data (hereinafter referred to as “the contents”) on the Internet, owned by MEDITERRANEAN CONSULTING or its partners, to which the USER can have access.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with current Spanish legislation.

The parties expressly waive any jurisdiction that may correspond to them and submit exclusively to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona to resolve any disputes arising in the interpretation or execution of these contractual conditions.

Duration and termination

The provision of the portal service and the other services is, in principle, of indefinite duration. However, MEDITERRANEAN CONSULTING is authorized to terminate or suspend the provision of the portal service.
