Dipsalut, invited to present its management model at the 20th International Congress on Health Promotion, held in Geneva

Dipsalut was invited to present its innovative organizational and management model at the 20th International Congress on Health Promotion organized by the IUHPE (International Union for Health Promotion and Health Education), which took place last July in Geneva, Switzerland. During the congress, the SIMSAP project was also introduced.

We take pride in being the consulting firm chosen by Dipsalut to develop an organizational model rooted in continuous improvement, with a focus on effectiveness and efficiency.

Our approach centers around a process-based management model (Business Process Management) designed to address municipal health needs and obligations. We emphasize the measurement of process efficiency and its impact on individuals as a means of continuous improvement within our organization, which operates as a learning organization.

This approach aligns strategically with the principle of continuous quality improvement, following the PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check, Act), commonly known as the “Deming cycle”, named after its creator, Edwards Deming. Furthermore, our approach is in harmony with the European model EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management), where self-assessment is a pivotal strategic element – a comprehensive and systematic review of activities and outcomes.
