Mediterranean at BMSD’11 in Bulgaria

Mediterranean Consulting will be participating in the upcoming “First International Symposium on Business Modeling and Software Design”, scheduled for July 27^th and 28^th, 2011, in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. During the event’s “Industrial Session” track, we will be presenting a project focused on the reorganization and process reengineering that our firm undertook in northern Bulgaria, specifically in the city of Pleven, for the company Buldeza. The project is structured around the enhancement of three primary areas: weaving, making, and raw material warehouse. Additionally, we initially implemented a personnel time and attendance control system.
