The Abba San Sebastián Hotel is a unique boutique hotel in Donostia-San Sebastián, where visitors can experience it as it was during the Belle Epoque of San Sebastián in the early 20th century. Notably, both the hotel building, a baroque-style palace built at the beginning of the last century, and the promenade where it is located, are listed as protected areas of this city.
The hotel is located next to the river on the Paseo de Francia, one of the favorite walks of the people of San Sebastián, a 5-minute walk from the old town, the city center, or the Kursaal Conference Center, and less than 900 meters from the famous beach of La Concha.
The communication project was based on the implementation of the Innovaphone IP0011 communications center, which performs the PBX functions of the entire system. In addition, the hotel decided to use our Halfway billing system as a solution for the integration of the Innovaphone PBX with the hotel’s Prestige PMS.
