We are excited to announce that Mediterranean Consulting has become a partner of Expensya, a platform that automates and optimizes the management of business expenses. With Expensya’s OCR+ technology, approved by the Spanish Tax Agency, employees can easily digitalize their expense receipts by simple taking a picture with their cell phones. The system then extracts essential data such as business name, amount, date, country, VAT, and more.
This streamlined expense management process includes various expense items like per diems, parking, tolls, mileage, and others. Additionally, it offers features such as an approval workflow, expenses, automatic generation of reports, and establishment of rules (economic limits, schedules, etc.), making it one of the most powerful tools on the market.
One of the key features that led us to form this strategic alliance is Expensya’s REST API, enabling seamless integration of information generated in the Expensya platform with other applications.
Mediterranean Consulting has a dedicated development division that handles the technical design and programming of business solutions. Currently, we are actively working on integrating our applications with Expensya, and this feature will soon be available to our customers.
