Mediterranean Consulting is responsible for the installation of the Innovaphone IP unified communications system in Hostal Empúries

Hostal Empúries is a four-star hotel located in the heart of the Costa Brava, in the town of L’Escala. Its privileged location and the quality of its facilities and services have made this establishment a national and international reference. The communications project carried out at Hostal Empúries is based on the implementation of the Innovaphone IP0011 communications center, which serves as the central PBX for the entire system. The system has been implemented in a virtualized environment within the client’s premises, utilizing an IPVA central that serves as the Turn Server and Reverse Proxy. This setup enables extensions outside the physical environment of the hotel, providing increased flexibility for potential future expansions.

While there are currently no plans for extensions outside the hotel’s facilities, the implementation of the IPVA provides the hotel with the option to accommodate such extensions if needed in the future. Additionally, the hotel has chosen to integrate the Innovaphone PBX with the hotel’s TESIPRO PMS using our Halfway billing system.
