Present at the Innovaphone In-House Fair 2019. The only constant is change

The phrase “The only constant thing is change” is attributed to the Greek philosopher Heraclitus, around 550 B.C. Heraclitus’ doctrine could be summarized in the statement that everything changes – things change, our environment changes, and we change. Based on the observation of nature, he concluded that nothing exists permanently, “everything is becoming”, which he condensed into the famous expression “panta rei”, meaning everything changes.

For two days – November 13 and 14, 2019 – Innovaphone organized its first in-house fair at its brand-new headquarters in Sindelfingen. The event had several objectives: to introduce the new headquarters to all customers and partners, to present the company’s strategic vision for the coming years, and most importantly, to generate synergies between the entire network of partners worldwide.

For the first time since the launch of the V13 version together with the myApps platform, Innovaphone has gathered a large group of technology partners who have showcased new and interesting applications that already work under this new myApps environment – undoubtedly the great bet of Innovaphone.

In the opening plenary session of the event, Dagmar Geer, CEO of Innovaphone, clearly explained the main guidelines for the coming years. Additionally, various executives, along with technology partners, gave parallel presentations on a wide range of topics related to communications and the workplace of the future.

We are immersed in a process of digital transformation, which is changing the way we communicate, work, and relate to each other. Therefore, a universal work environment, such as the one offered by Innovaphone in its strategic vision, seems to be the right approach. It is also true that the competition is visualizing this same competitive opportunity and is trying to offer solutions. As a result, we are in a highly contested market, where, on many occasions, small differences are what will decide an operation in favor of one manufacturer or another.

In my opinion, one of the differentiating factors of Innovaphone is its proximity, always striving to provide personalized, professional, and empathetic treatment. From our perspective as partners of Innovaphone in Spain, it is strategic for international plans to be based on what we could summarize as “think globally, act locally”. Our country’s customer profile, commercial promotion activities, etc., will be more successful when adapted to the reality of our country and our idiosyncrasy.

I must say that one of the greatest strengths we have in Spain is that the companies that make up the “Innovaphone Partner Advanced” network are like a big family, each with their own business interests, as is normal, but with a similar strategic vision and many synergies between us.
