Challenges of the project

ABBA Hoteles S.A. required a comprehensive communication system to facilitate effective communication with its employees and centralize all relational aspects between them and the chain. Additionally, the application had to consider specific requirements of the hotel sector, as well as the existence of employees located in different countries.

Project description

After analyzing the needs of ABBA Hoteles, Mediterranean Consulting decided to develop a customized platform that seamlessly integrates with the Prestige PMS and the chain’s management model. All the required functionalities, including hotel management, inventory, budgeting, ADR, and currency maintenance, have been developed. Additionally, an integrated reporting system has been implemented, allowing hotel managers to access daily automated pickup reports.

Results

With the implementation of the Revenue platform, specifically developed for ABBA Hoteles, the daily pickup time has been significantly reduced. Managers now have access to pickup management reports from 8 a.m. onwards, enabling them to analyze data and make informed decisions. The platform is utilized by the entire chain, both nationally and internationally. Furthermore, its flexibility allows for efficient configuration and availability of information when opening new hotels.
